If you're not satisfied with FemmeAI Premium for any reason, request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

What's Covered

  • First-time Premium subscription purchases
  • Requests made within 14 days of initial payment
  • Any subscription plan (monthly or annual)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@femmeai.app with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and reason for the refund (optional but helps us improve)
  3. Receive confirmation within 24-48 hours
  4. Refund processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Here's what happens:

  • Your Premium access continues until the end of your billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • You can resubscribe at any time
  • Your data and progress are preserved

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available for:

  • Requests made after 14 days from purchase
  • Subsequent renewal charges (cancel before renewal to avoid)
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
  • Multiple refund requests from the same user
