What's Covered
- First-time Premium subscription purchases
- Requests made within 14 days of initial payment
- Any subscription plan (monthly or annual)
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@femmeai.app with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address and reason for the refund (optional but helps us improve)
- Receive confirmation within 24-48 hours
- Refund processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Here's what happens:
- Your Premium access continues until the end of your billing period
- No further charges will be made
- You can resubscribe at any time
- Your data and progress are preserved
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available for:
- Requests made after 14 days from purchase
- Subsequent renewal charges (cancel before renewal to avoid)
