FemmeAI uses a credit-based system for access to the AI chat service. This Refund Policy explains when credit purchases may be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable by Default
In general, all credit purchases are non-refundable once a purchase is successfully completed, as credits are made available for immediate use.
3. Exceptions
We may consider refunds in limited cases, for example:
- You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
- A clear technical issue prevented any use of the purchased credits within a reasonable time after purchase.
Refund decisions are at our sole discretion. We may request additional information to evaluate your request.

- The date and amount of the transaction.
- Any relevant Stripe receipt or transaction ID if available.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times may depend on your bank or card issuer.
